Privacy Policy — KA$H AI

This Privacy Policy describes how ORAPEX LLC ("ORAPEX," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use KA$H AI / KASH AI (the "Service"). This Policy is intended for U.S. users.

1) Information We Collect

A) Information you provide

  • Account and profile information: name, email, phone number (if provided), and Organization/workspace details.
  • Receipts and expense details (User Content): receipt images/documents, merchant/vendor names, amounts, dates, notes, categories, and related metadata you submit.
  • Support information: information you provide in customer support communications.

B) Information collected automatically

We and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Usage data: actions taken in the Service (e.g., screens viewed, feature usage, submissions/approvals), timestamps, and interaction data.
  • Device and network data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, language settings, and device identifiers.
  • Diagnostics data: crash reports, performance metrics, and error logs.

C) Billing information

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe or other payment processors. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Service (including receipt capture, approvals, exports, and integrations);
  • process receipts/documents using OCR and AI-assisted extraction;
  • improve and optimize product experience, including analytics and feature development;
  • communicate with you about the Service (support, administrative messages, security alerts, billing-related notices);
  • secure the Service, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

3) How We Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information to:

A) Service providers (processors)

Vendors that help us operate the Service, such as:

  • cloud hosting, storage, and content delivery;
  • analytics and product measurement;
  • logging, monitoring, and crash reporting;
  • payment processing (e.g., Stripe);
  • customer support and communications.

They are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us.

B) Third-party integrations you choose (e.g., QuickBooks)

If you enable an integration, we share information as needed to enable it, based on your instructions and settings. The third party's use is governed by its own policies.

C) Legal and safety

We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.

D) Business transactions

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

4) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and account settings. Deleted content may persist in backups for a limited period.

5) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6) Your Choices and U.S. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request:

  • access to certain personal information;
  • deletion of certain personal information;
  • correction of inaccurate personal information; and
  • information about our disclosures and practices as required by law.

To submit a request, email inquiry@orapex.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may verify your request and, if applicable, your authority to act for an Organization account.

7) Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8) Sensitive Information / HIPAA

The Service is not intended for storing protected health information ("PHI") under HIPAA. Please do not upload PHI or other highly sensitive regulated information.

9) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by reasonable means. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision.
